The terms for using this website. Paid use of the platform is governed by a separate signed agreement section 02 explains why that distinction matters.

01What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it, submitting a form or requesting a demo, you accept them.
The site is operated by Blepo, registered in Nigeria (RC [REGISTRATION NUMBER]), of [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Lagos.
If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
02These terms are not your service agreement
Using the Blepo platform is governed by a separate written agreement — a Master Services Agreement with a Data Processing Agreement annexed to it signed between Blepo and your organisation.
Nothing on this page grants a right to use the platform, and where these terms and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
We are explicit about this because website terms are routinely stretched to cover paid services they were never drafted for, and the stretch tends to be discovered during a dispute.
03Who may use this site
The site is intended for people acting in a business capacity who are at least 18 years old. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission but see section 10 on responsible disclosure, which we welcome
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to overload the service
- submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use another party’s contact details without their permission
- introduce malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the site
- use the site or anything on it to build or market a competing product
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of Nigerian law
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
05Demonstrations, figures and sample data
Everything shown on this site as a screen, a dashboard, a camera feed or a set of readings is illustrative. The imagery is drawn rather than photographed and depicts no real premises and no real person. Figures shown in interface mock-ups are examples, not the performance of any live deployment.
Anything on this site described as planned, next or on the roadmap is a statement of current intention. It is not a commitment, and it may change. Nothing here forms part of any contract.
06Intellectual property
The Blepo name, the Blepo mark, the design of this site, its copy, its diagrams and its software are owned by Blepo or licensed to it. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it.
You may not copy the design or substantial parts of the content, remove attribution, or use the Blepo name or mark in a way suggesting an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Third-party names camera manufacturers, protocols, platforms are the property of their owners. Naming them indicates compatibility, not affiliation or endorsement by them.
07The site is provided as it is
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. Content may be out of date by the time you read it.
Nothing on this site is legal, security, insurance or engineering advice. Do not make an operational decision about your own premises based only on what is written here.
08Links to other sites
Where we link to another site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its handling of your data.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under Nigerian law.
Subject to that, and in relation to use of this website only, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to [CAP e.g. NGN 500,000].
Liability in relation to the platform is dealt with in the services agreement, where the position is different and negotiated.
10Responsible disclosure
If you find a security issue in this site or in Blepo, we want to hear from you. Email info@blepo.io with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within two working days.
We will not pursue you for testing carried out in good faith, where you did not access, modify or delete other people’s data, did not degrade the service, and gave us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
11Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
